Developed through “the dangers of Spring,” after its second showing in Summer 2017. The solo was created as a loop, or heartbeat of the performance. Through our chaotic lives and the constant motion and null inside of us, driving us forward, especially in a major metropolis like New York City or Berlin, we continue to have a loop. This loop is something we have created for ourself and is completely original to no one else but us. It is the reason we wake up in the morning and the reason we go to sleep at night. We continue through all of our other surrounding vignettes, to push forward, still looping. Sometimes the loops speeds up, sometimes it slows down, but it is always present and relevant. The idea that we continue to push forward and continue the work, the work drives our loop.

Rule # 7

“The only rule is work. If you work, it will lead to something.

It is the people who do all the work all the time, who eventually catch onto things.

You can fool the fans-- but not the players.”
